Prenatal Massage

Although massage is not typically offered during the first trimester, for several valid reasons - pregnancy massage is very beneficial during the remainder of the pregnancy.  By increasing circulation, it helps to circulate hormones, it helps to ease stress and pain, and increases the body’s ability to rest and relax.  Massage will help to promote an overall feeling of well being.  Benefits of Pregnancy Massage include:
