Massage is well known for it's many benefits - physical, mental and emotional. Working in the hospital setting for nearly a decade has given me the specialties of Pregnancy and Postpartum massage. I have also been consistently active with others as well, including seniors and our caregivers. Once I recognized the need for infant massage, I trained to teach parents and caregivers to massage their youngsters.
My education and experience allows me to offer a variety of services for all ages, including basic Swedish for relaxation and pain relief, as well as techniques for relieving Migraine headaches and detoxifying body wraps.
