4medOrganic Sweet Potatoes
2`TbspCoconut Oilmelted
1/2tspCinnamon
1/4 tspSalt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash Potatoes, then slice into wedges approx 1/4" x 1"
Toss Sweet Potato wedges in a bowl with Coconut oil, Cinnamon and Salt to cover .
Spread out on baking sheet. Bake for 20 min, flip the wedges and bake another 20-25 min. until lightly browned
